Body Mass Index

Your Body Mass Index (BMI) is the relationship between your height and your weight.

For example a person measuring 180cm (5'11") weighing 75Kg (165lbs - 11 3/4 stone) has a BMI of 23 which is within the healthy range.

  • BMI of Under 20: Underweight
  • BMI of 20-25: Normal
  • BMI of Over 25: Overweight
